What is Covered
The MaKen All Purpose Tong 316L product has a 10 year warranty against corrosion and manufacturer defect.
What is Not Covered
- Physical force damage: This includes any damage caused by dropping, bumping, crushing, scratching, or otherwise mishandling the product.
- Unauthorized modifications: Any attempt to repair, modify, or alter the product by the owner will void the warranty.
- Silicone sleeve: Damage to the silicone sleeve over the handle is not covered.
Who Is Covered
This warranty covers the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners. Owner must provide proof of purchase.

What MaKen Marketing, LLC will do
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the item if it can’t be repaired in a reasonable amount of time, or
- Issue a refund for the item.
No Other Express Warranty Applies
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of MaKen Marketing, LLC.
Limitation on Liability
MaKen Marketing, LLC shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
